For the initial rollout, Scope IT architected a solution on Georgia’s on-premise environment including load balancers, web server, application servers, Oracle database and storage to manage documents and logs. After obtaining approval to operate in cloud environment, the solution was migrated to the FedRAMP certified AWS GovCloud environment by Scope IT.

The Investigative module allows users to create a new Referral and Case Initiation Report (CIR). After a CIR is approved for work it becomes a case and you can track Subject History, Report of Investigations (ROI), Memorandum of Interview (MOI), Collateral Request/Response, Inventory of Evidence, Evidence Tracking, Request for Field Property Services, Judicial Action Form (JAF), Asset Forfeiture, and Electronic Surveillance Request.

Scope IT’s Electronic Health Record (OEHR) is an end-to-end solution that allows doctors to keep track of all clinics, patient evaluation, testing performed, test results, and invoices. The solution has capability to generate evaluation reports in PDF including prescriptions based on data entered. Solution can track both doctor and patient invoices, and track payments against these invoices. Workflow included with the solution allows for creation and approval of evaluation reports for each student after a clinic.

Scope IT’s FOIA CMS allows agency users to track all incoming FOIA requests in one place from intake to response. The solution manages the FOIA request workflow including task assignments and approvals, allows users to redact documents, and provides templates for creating final response.
Scope IT’s Permitting and Right Of Way System (ROWS) is an online solution utilized by Government transportation agencies to track construction projects, and manage their environmental permits. This solution will allow agencies to assess the environmental effects of proposed construction projects prior to permitting as required by the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA). There are nine (9) major program areas, with several subsets, that utilize multiple dates and status designations to document the daily coordination with federal and state regulatory agencies. Each major program area has a staff user reviewing, entering status update, and coordinating the permitting of project for that area. Government transportation agency must receive clearance or approval from the regulatory agencies before proceeding with the purchase of right of way with federal funds. Once all tasks are complete, and NEPA requirements are met, the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) will concur with the project’s environmental classification and right of way acquisition can begin.
Scope IT’s Executive Appointments System allows an organization/government agency to onboard an applicant. The solution allows the admin to request shortlisted candidates to submit their profile. The solution then creates an account for the candidates and sends them an email requesting submission of their profile. Following this, the applicant is able to submit their profile, and the admin is able to select a candidate and appoint or nominate the candidate to a position in an entity (department/board/commission). The solution tracks the various roles in each entity along with the appointee’s start date and end date.
