Knowing your customer is crucial for the survival of any organization.  This is all the more relevant in a doctor’s practice since the doctor has to track patient’s history to provide effective treatment. Moreover, when there are a lot of choices for a patient, a practice that gives the patient a better experience – an experience that they are now more accustomed to interacting with on a regular basis throughout the day – can make all the difference.  Unfortunately, many doctor’s offices still lack basic information technology and are using spreadsheets and emails to manage their practice.

Our Solution:

Scope IT’s Electronic Health Record (OEHR) is an end-to-end solution that allows doctors to keep track of all clinics, patient evaluation, testing performed, test results, and invoices. The solution has capability to generate evaluation reports in PDF including prescriptions based on data entered.  Solution can track both doctor and patient invoices, and track payments against these invoices.  Workflow included with the solution allows for creation and approval of evaluation reports for each student after a clinic.
