GOHS was able to save the cost of having to renew their legacy solution and serve their citizens within a very short time frame due to the exceptional speed-to-market. Final statewide rollout of the whole system was in just 9 weeks with the application consisting over 25 processes, 100 UI screens, 25 customized email notifications, and 10 reports. Within a matter of weeks, there were thousands of applications submitted and awarded to the citizens.
System went live within 6 months of contract award. NIMH was able to support over 2000 contractors in the new system within few months after go live. Scope IT was provided with “Excellent” CPARS rating, and awarded the “NIMH Director’s Award” for 2021.
KanLovKids EHR went live 6 months after project kick off. As soon as the COVID pandemic hit, upon KSSB’s request, Scope IT upgraded the solution to support virtual clinics within a month. Scope IT continues to support this solution for the past several years with additional upgrades such as equipment invoices since go live.

KDOT now has a modern FedRAMP certified system to manage environment reviews and permits for all Kansas DOT construction projects. Scope IT has been awarded the O&M (Operations and Maintenance) contract for the last 4 annual option periods where Scope IT continues to support any issues and enhancements to the system.
The app was launched by the State Governor along with the commissioner of the Department of Driver Services. Since the day of launch more than 1.5+ million users use this app on the daily basis to avail driver services capabilities in the State of Georgia.
Scope IT’s Permitting and Right Of Way System (ROWS) is an online solution utilized by Government transportation agencies to track construction projects, and manage their environmental permits. This solution will allow agencies to assess the environmental effects of proposed construction projects prior to permitting as required by the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA). There are nine (9) major program areas, with several subsets, that utilize multiple dates and status designations to document the daily coordination with federal and state regulatory agencies. Each major program area has a staff user reviewing, entering status update, and coordinating the permitting of project for that area. Government transportation agency must receive clearance or approval from the regulatory agencies before proceeding with the purchase of right of way with federal funds. Once all tasks are complete, and NEPA requirements are met, the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) will concur with the project’s environmental classification and right of way acquisition can begin.
Scope IT successfully migrated the website to the latest version of WordPress, built the content according to Website Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.0) standards, and rolled out the new design within a month. The site had 139 pages and 438 posts.
